CHIP Guide 서비스 이용약관

제 1 조 (목적)

본 약관은 CHIP Guide 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 사용자와 CHIP Guide의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (정의)

1. "CHIP Guide"이라 함은 Low-cost health insurance for children up to age 19. CHIP covers families who earn too much for Medicaid but can't afford private insurance. Learn eligibility and how to enroll your child.를 의미합니다.

제 3 조 (약관의 명시 및 수정)

1. 본 약관의 내용을 사용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 CHIP Guide 앱 내에 게시합니다.

2. 필요한 경우 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 약관이 변경될 경우 변경 7일 전에 앱 내를 통해 공지합니다.

제 4 조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

1. 연중무휴, 24시간 CHIP Guide 서비스를 제공합니다.

2. 기술상·운영상의 필요에 따라 제공하는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경할 수 있습니다.

제 5 조 (개인정보의 보호)

1. 개인정보 미수집: 본 서비스는 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 로그인 불필요: 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없으며, 따라서 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등의 개인식별정보를 요구하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 금지: 수집하는 정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공할 개인정보가 존재하지 않습니다.

CHIP Guide Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the CHIP Guide service, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and CHIP Guide.

Article 3 (Display and Amendment of Terms)

1. The contents of these Terms shall be posted within the CHIP Guide app so that users can easily access them.

2. These Terms may be amended as necessary, and any changes will be announced within the app at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. CHIP Guide services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

2. We may modify part or all of the services provided as required for technical or operational reasons.

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)
